The PVC pipe production line is mainly used for the production of PVC pipes of various pipe diameters and wall thicknesses for agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable auxiliaries, etc. The line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum sizing box, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacking frame etc. The main parts are all optionally available with imported AC frequency conversion or domestic frequency conversion motors. The traction is available in traction modes. Cutting can be done by lifting knife or planetary cutting, and can be equipped with length counting and thickness increasing devices. The line has a reliable performance and high production efficiency. The line can be configured according to customer requirements.
