The heart of the production line is the SJSZ65/132 or SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, specifically designed for PVC profiles, featuring:

Superior Plasticizing Capacity: The intermeshing twin-screw design ensures uniform material mixing and precise temperature control, effectively preventing degradation and guaranteeing profile density and surface smoothness.
Energy-Saving and Stable Operation: Driven by a servo motor, it saves over 20% energy compared to traditional asynchronous motors, with speed fluctuations ≤±0.5% and no long-term performance degradation.
Corrosion-Resistant Design: The screws and barrels are nitrided or hard-chrome plated to withstand corrosive components in PVC formulations, such as calcium carbonate and stabilizers.

6-Meter Vacuum Calibration Table: Multi-stage water-cooled vacuum calibration with high-precision temperature control (±1°C) ensures stable profile dimensions and straightness.

Modular Calibration Molds: Customized to customer requirements, allowing quick mold changes for different cross-section profiles, including complex structures (e.g., multi-chamber, hollow).

4. Haul-Off and Cutting Unit
High-Strength Belt Haul-Off: Servo-driven with a pulling force ≥5000N and speed synchronization accuracy of ±0.1%, preventing profile deformation or slippage.
Fully Automatic Cutter: Cutting length tolerance ≤±0.5mm, equipped with a dust extraction system to collect PVC particles, complying with environmental standards.
