extruder :
1. One ordinary PVC screw with a length-to-diameter ratio of 26:1, made of 38CrMoAIA alloy steel, B/M separation type, full tooth nitriding treatment, surface hardness above HV950, and its characteristics are large extrusion volume and PVC plasticization degree 100 %.
2. The diameter of the screw is 70mm, equipped with a 22KW motor, and the screw speed ranges from 0 to 80 rpm.
3. Four centrifugal fans cooperate with the temperature controller for cooling, and the screw heating zone is heated by four-stage cast aluminum heating elements, 380V, 4KW/stage.
4. Jiangsu Jiangyin deceleration gearbox is precision ground, forced to lubricate and cool, and has the characteristics of anti-wear and low noise.
5. Equipped with a pair-free head. A pair of molds are attached (customer provides the size).
6. Suction machine with dryer (integrated).
7. Double-tooth rod chain transmission type, the fixing mechanism has automatic centering.
