PE pipe production line is primarily used in the manufacturing of PE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1200mm. The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation. This line also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static electricity pipes using a two- or three-layer spiral mold for use in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

This Plastic PPR, PE, UPVC Electric Water Pipe Extrusion Making Machine is mainly used to produce agricultural/water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. This PVC pipe extrusion line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production. 

PVC pipe making machine production line is consist of SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum cooling tank, spray cooling tank(for big size pipe), haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, etc. It also need some auxiliary machinery. For example, hot&cooling mixer, crusher, milling machine, belling machine, etc. The hot&cooling mixer is necessary, others is optional

3. Extruder adopts big L/D and multi mixing structure, which is more suitable for the PE PP PPR low temperature extrusion production.
4. Specially-designed spiral moulds for PE PP PPR pipes with marking line, with inside oil controlling temperature system.
5. Beautiful and practical stainless steel body for the vacuum calibration and spray cooling system, unique multi-section vacuum system ensures the stable sizing and cooling for pipes with marking line; special spray cooling system improves the cooling efficiency ; special water position, water temperature system make the machine more intelligent.
6. Hauling-off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient for operation; pedrail clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable.
7. Cutting system adopts saw blades and planetary cutting means; sumping uses hydraulic system , which ensures the smooth cross section; equipped with dust-collecting unit, which ensures the clean working environment.
